There are so many Google Gadgets out there and you could actually post them on your blog! What you have to make sure, though, is that the Google gadget of your choice will fit your sidebar. If you go to the Google Gadgets site, you will see how many pixels each gadget would occupy because there are previews to each gadget that you would actually like to use.

Take for example the Hangman gadget. It is a game that you could put on your blog so that your blog has extra entertainment value. It wouldn’t be quite like those funky MMORPGs some of your friends or blog visitors might be used to but it’s a classic game and the lure of it is something others might not be able to resist

Anyhow, try taking a look at it. You could configure the gadget’s theme colors to match your blog and you could even change the size. There is a preview box so you could really see how it would look like with all the choices you have made on it.

Other interesting Google Gadgets would include: Free Text Messages, PacMan (Yes! There is actually a PacMan gadget for those who love this game.), Mindmaster (think of the game Mastermind), Google Calendar View (this one is quite useful), Feedburner (your RSS stats), date and time gadget. There are really geeky Google Gadgets—just check them out. It really depends on what you would like to share with your blog readers or what you would love to look at and use on your blog. There are really nifty stuff there.

All you have to do is simply choose, decide on how it would look like and get the code to be pasted on your blog
